Q:
What file formats can I use for the required design files?
A:
Please follow the guidelines below in order to ensure excellent print quality for your order:
- All non-photographic content (including graphics and text) should be uploaded as vector-based files in order to ensure that printed lines are crisp and clear.
- Content such as logos should be separated from the background and included as vector images so that these elements can be resized or otherwise manipulated as needed.
- Preferred file formats include AI, CDR, PSD and PDF.
Q:
Can I see a proof for my shipping boxes before you print?
A:
We always email a final artwork proof before printing. Please check the proof thoroughly for accuracy before giving your approval. It is highly recommended that you proof read any text and also check the placement of any artwork for accuracy. Artwork is printed based on the CMYK or Pantone values specified in the design file and may vary substantially from the color showing on any particular computer screen. We also offer the option of hard copy proofs at an additional cost.
Q:
Can I add inserts to my order for custom printed shipping boxes?
A:
We offer a full range of custom foam and cardboard inserts. Foam inserts are cut to custom shapes to provide a snug fit for a wide variety of products. Die-cut cardboard inserts offer a cheaper alternative and are easier to store as they are shipped flat.
