Q: Can I add strings to my custom tags?A: Yes, tags can also have a string added to them. You can choose from a variety of options like standard strings or elastic strings. You can also contact our support team to have a color of your choice added to your requirements. Q: How can I review a proof before printing?A: We will send a digital proof for your approval before the final printing process. Please note that the proofs need to be reviewed very carefully in order to fix any spelling or artwork errors. Once approved, the proofs will be printed as is. The printed colors are based on the CMYK or Pantone values specified in the design file and may vary substantially from the proof colors when viewed any particular computer screen. Hard copy proofs are also available at an additional cost in order to preview the exact color and artwork placement before committing to larger order. Q: Can branded tags be printed on both sides?A: Yes. Custom branded tags can have printing on both sides. Q: Is there a setup fee for personalized tags?A: No. There are no setup fees, no plate fees, and no minimum order quantities. You will be quoted one simple price. Higher quantity orders do result in lower per unit prices due to efficiencies gained in printing larger quantities in a single run. Q: Is white considered a printing color?A: The simple answer is that it depends. White color is typically not considered a separate color for most orders. As white is the default color of paper, it is simply recognized as the absence of any ink. However, when using colored paper for particular projects, white ink may be used if any text or graphic requires it. Q: Is my artwork checked for errors and technical issues such as image resolution?A: Yes, we perform a free artwork check before an order is sent for printing. If we find any issues, we will either fix them or contact you if further action is needed. Please do note that this is only a technical check. Any spelling, grammatical, or positioning issues are not checked during this process. Q: Do you need a specific file format for my order?A: AI, CDR, PSD, PDF or EPS vector based editable files are preferred in order to produce the best quality of print output.
